DESCRIPTION
CHEMFIX CURECRETE is a specially formulated liquid concrete curing compound designed to reduce rapid moisture loss from freshly placed concrete and cement-based surfaces. By maintaining adequate moisture during the early curing period, it supports proper cement hydration, strength development, durability, and improved surface quality.
It provides a practical alternative to conventional water curing methods such as continuous water spraying, wet hessian, or ponding, particularly where maintaining continuous moisture on the concrete surface is difficult.

Application Method
1. Surface Preparation
Complete the concrete finishing operation and allow the surface water sheen to disappear before application.
The surface should be free from standing water. Do not apply the product while excess bleed water remains on the concrete surface.
2. Application
Apply CHEMFIX CURECRETE uniformly over the fresh concrete surface using a suitable low-pressure sprayer.
Ensure complete and uniform coverage without leaving untreated areas.
3. Coverage
The actual coverage rate depends on the concrete surface condition, porosity, temperature and application method.
Recommended application rate: Follow the product TDS or project-specific recommendation.
4. Drying
Allow the applied curing film to dry undisturbed. Protect the treated surface from excessive traffic, rain or mechanical disturbance during the initial drying period.

Compatibility
CHEMFIX CURECRETE is intended for use on conventional cementitious concrete and mortar surfaces.
For compatibility with decorative finishes, coatings, toppings, adhesives or subsequent surface treatments, a small-area trial is recommended before full application.
Precautions
– Read the product instructions and TDS before use.
– Do not apply over standing water or excessive bleed water.
– Ensure uniform application over the entire concrete surface.
– Avoid contamination of glass, painted surfaces, metal finishes and other sensitive materials.
– Use appropriate personal protective equipment during handling and application.
– Do not dilute the product unless specifically recommended by CHEMFIX technical personnel.
– Protect the freshly treated surface from damage during the initial drying period.
– Conduct a compatibility test before applying subsequent coatings or finishes.
