CHEMFIX SALT CRUSH is a chemical treatment specially formulated for the treatment and removal of salt deposits, efflorescence, cementitious residues and alkaline surface deposits from suitable masonry and cementitious surfaces.

It chemically reacts with alkaline and cementitious deposits, helping loosen stubborn salt formation and surface residues so they can be removed more effectively by brushing and thorough water rinsing.

CHEMFIX SALT SEAL is suitable for use on selected cement plaster, concrete and compatible masonry surfaces, subject to a preliminary compatibility test.

Application Method

Step 1 — Surface Preparation
দেয়ালের loose dust, dirt এবং দৃশ্যমান salt deposit প্রথমে শুকনো stiff-bristle brush দিয়ে যতটা সম্ভব পরিষ্কার করুন। Efflorescence-এর ক্ষেত্রে শুরুতেই অতিরিক্ত পানি ব্যবহার না করাই ভালো, কারণ পানি লবণকে আবার masonry-এর ভেতরে প্রবেশ করাতে পারে। �
Step 2 — Pre-Wetting
CHEMFIX SALT CRUSH প্রয়োগের আগে উপযুক্ত masonry surface পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ভালোভাবে damp/pre-wet করুন, যাতে acid অতিরিক্ত গভীরে শোষিত না হয়। Acid treatment-এর ক্ষেত্রে pre-wetting surface damage কমাতে সাহায্য করে। �
Step 3 — Dilution
CHEMFIX SALT CRUSH-এর নির্ধারিত dilution ratio অনুযায়ী পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে dilute করুন।
Step 4 — Application
ছোট অংশে brush দিয়ে solution প্রয়োগ করুন এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী stiff-bristle brush দিয়ে gently scrub করুন।
Step 5 — Rinsing
Treatment সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর পর্যাপ্ত পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে surface ভালোভাবে rinse করুন এবং acid residue সম্পূর্ণভাবে অপসারণ করুন। �
Step 6 — Drying
Surface সম্পূর্ণ শুকাতে দিন। এরপর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী primer, waterproofing coating বা paint application করা যাবে।

Precautions

⚠️ CHEMFIX SALT CRUSH is an acid-based chemical. Handle with care.
ব্যবহারের সময় chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles/face protection এবং suitable protective clothing ব্যবহার করুন।
চোখ ও ত্বকের সংস্পর্শ এড়িয়ে চলুন।
সরাসরি chemical vapour শ্বাস নেওয়া থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
ভালো ventilation নিশ্চিত করুন।
Bleach, chlorine-containing chemicals, alkalis বা অন্য কোনো chemical-এর সঙ্গে সরাসরি mix করবেন না।
শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
Food, drinking water ও household-use materials থেকে দূরে রাখুন।
ব্যবহারের আগে ছোট ও inconspicuous area-তে compatibility test করুন।
বেশি concentration বা দীর্ঘ contact time surface damage, colour change বা etching করতে পারে। �
Acid treatment-এর পর surface thoroughly rinse করতে হবে।

Storage

Original, tightly closed container-এ সংরক্ষণ করুন।
Cool, dry and well-ventilated place-এ রাখুন।
Direct sunlight ও excessive heat থেকে দূরে রাখুন।
Food, feed এবং incompatible chemicals থেকে আলাদা রাখুন।
Container-কে corrosion-resistant এবং securely closed অবস্থায় রাখুন।
শিশু ও unauthorized persons-এর নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
Product-এর SDS/TDS অনুযায়ী storage temperature ও shelf-life অনুসরণ করুন
