CHEMFIX DAMP FIX One Stop is a high-performance protective & functional water base coating termed as a one-stop solution for interior, exterior & roof surfaces prone to algae, fungal growth, hairline crack, and persistent dampness. Its superior elongation & anti efflorescence properties make the paint film flexible & resistant to primary and secondary salt impacts. It executes better leveling than any other conventional high DFT coatings along with strong reinforcing and tensile strength. This product is one pack barrier coating used as both base coat & top coat. Pre-treatment of the surface is necessary for the application of this type of functional product to have durability.
